Good button layout and responsive. This is exactly what you need for a gaming mouse. More detail below. 

Software needs programming for each game; easy to set up and download profiles you can reuse in the future. Whilst active, you can easily switch between profiles with the mouse. The reviews suggesting the software is too difficult are misleading; compared with a Logitech, their software is slightly more convenient in that you can usually set up your mouse within each game (i.e. you press any of the additional buttons within the game it immediately sets it up within configuration) for ASUS you need to set up each game in their app. It's not that difficult and takes the same amount of time. 

This mouse is great for larger hands or the need to rest your hand on the mouse rather than wrap around it. The Logitech I tried was a good mouse but slightly too narrow; it makes sustained gaming difficult and distracting, because you keep thinking about how a slightly wider mouse would be perfect. If you are concerned about width, just buy this.

Great for gaming.

The ROG Spatha X exceeded my expectations. The build quality feels extremely premium and solid, while still being comfortable during long gaming sessions. The responsiveness and precision are excellent, especially for FPS and competitive games.

The battery life is impressive, and I really like the flexibility of using it both wired and wireless without any noticeable delay. The programmable buttons are very useful, and the RGB lighting looks amazing with the rest of my setup.

Overall, this is one of the best gaming mice I've used. Highly recommended for gamers looking for performance, comfort, and premium quality in one device.

Premium Gaming Mouse With Incredible Performance

Hunting for that "just right" mmo  mouse can be frustrating. I found my answer in the Spatha X. It is a large mouse with very positive button clicks. Easy to setup and once you get used to the heavier/larger format and button placements, it is a pleasure to use. The included magnetic stand is an awesome surprise, it works very well.

Bit sceptical at first with the price. After having the mouse for a while now though I can honestly say was worth it, its spot on little on the bulky side but works great. Battery like is awsome 👌

I've used a lot of gaming mice over the years, this one beats them all! Nothing compares to this mouse. I think it's the best for FPS games. Hands down Asus makes the best products.

Asus ROCKS!

My experience is base on a week of used as a WOT gamer, day trader,  and a comprehensive user of my PC. This mouse is overkill for general use. There are too many buttons, pins, and controls.The lighting is cool but unnecessary. It is a spendy solution.
That said, it it very high quality, feels substantial in my hand. The overall quality is very good, just what you would expect from ROG.

Overkill

Very heavy mouse. That is one thing I didn't know it was but it is still manageable. I knew it was heavy but be warned this is very heavy. Other than that it is a really good gaming mouse. I really like you can map the buttons on a virtual keyboard. I've don't have a number pad but I could map the buttons to them so I don't have to worry about accidentally mapping to an important button.

Ultra Heavy Mouse: Great Features

I'm basing my review from my years of running the Logitech 700 and 700s. For the most part it's a good mouse, its far from great and could use some improvements but I don't think there are a lot of disappointments. If you could snatch one on a discount, I would go for it.

Pros: The mouse software is easy to manage and setup is a breeze. The buttons easily customizable feel great to the touch. The charging station is on point and keeps my desktop neat. Extra switches to swap out later is a huge plus since the reason I replaced my old mouse is because the switches were going bad. And the number of thumb buttons which was the main reason for the purchase. I've become so accustomed to running four thumb buttons like the Logitech 700 that it's hard to downgrade to anything less.

Cons: The weight. It's a tad to heavy and could benefit from maybe having replaceable weight like the G503 does. The mouse a bit bulky as compared to others on the markets but luckily for my paws it's not a big issue but maybe for someone with smaller hands it can be a bit much. Lastly, the shape of the thumb buttons. I get that it was going for a look but some of the button shapes makes it difficult to accurately push because of its shape and position, such as the center thumb button. My thumb is far to big to avoid smashing two other buttons while trying to use the center one. I mainly leave that center button disabled.

Middle of the road

Obnoxiously Heavy and too much Software! I had to restart my PC 3 times after downloading all the software that ASUS wants you to have, For a Mouse! This thing is heavy, by design, but it didn't slide good either. Tried it at work too, still way to heavy. Wasn't for me, returned after giving it an honest go. Then I uninstalled ALL their software. I had high hopes for this and it did not deliver.

Too Much...
