Ease Of Installation

Bios

My previous Asus motherboard was a TUF 990FX with and AMD FX8350 that has worked flawlessly for several years and when looking for an upgrade I looked to ASUS. I watched numerous reviews and tests and settled on the Rog STRIX X670E-F, I don't have a use for USB4 at this time and the X670E had everything, then add the stability and craftsmanship of ASUS. I am very happy with this upgrade and look forward to as many years of service as the TUF 9900FX.

Amazing out of the box. looks and works beautifully just as advertised. Would recommend to anybody.  Yes, it may be more expensive than other similar products, but the quality is 100% worth the extra money.

Top notch

Great motherboard. I was 50/50 with ASUS or Intel, but I wanted to keep as like for like as I could. Using a 7800x3d with a 4080 super and this motherboard utilises them both perfectly.

Great motherboard

This motherboard exceeded my expectations in every way. I have had previous experience with ASUS motherboards, and my previous ROG Striker motherboard has given me faultless service for 12 years. I was impressed to the extent of being thrilled by the build quality and precision of construction of this motherboard and look forward to it giving me many years of use. Everything about it just looks and feels right. I have over 40 years experience of building PCs for myself and a few others and have always strived to make the best machine for the price. This time I have beaten that goal.

Great Mother board

Overall,  a very nice board. Installed in a Lian Li case and was very easy to install. Upgrading the bios was very easy as well. Would have given 5 stars but wifi is currently not working.

Get board with a slight problem.

Had some driver issues and it takes a LOOOOONG time to boot.  Otherwise, a mighty fine motherboard!

Not quite five stars.

Physically, it's a great looking motherboard. It has all the functions I need within BIOS. However, it came pre-loaded with BIOS version 1415. Current version is 2007. After completing the update to 2007 from 1415, the board hangs at POST. Luckily, I was able to flashback to 1415. If I need to step up the BIOS one version at a time, there are no clear instructions to do so. Also, Armoury-Crate is terrible software to control argb devices. It's bloated, sluggish, resource intensive, and there's very limited options for argb effects. Switched to SignalRBG and now I'm happy.

Great to look at, but BIOS/Software needs work.
