I bought the phone to mount on the wall. The receiver will not stay in the cradle on the wall.  The set will only work laying flat on a counter or desk.  It is poorly designed and does NOT work as wall mounted.

Wall mount not functional

Phone does not light up, is still the green screen with black lettering. Other features ringing volume and listening volume are easy to adjust. cord is short and base is hard to get off and on.

Not great for older folks

This is a refurbished phone even though it is not mentioned in the ad.  Buyers beware.

Buyer Beware

looks and feels cheap and crappy.  not new.

The ringer for the most part doesn't ring.  The few times it did, intermittently, it sounded high, thin and dim.  I got it to replace an old one, and the ringing sound is way worse.  It this a cheap knock-off?

Don't buy this.  The ringer is faulty.
