The pump does not work. I have to open the top to get the serum out every time.

It s wonderful but the pump is broken. It doesn't dispense the serum, so I have to open the cap to use it.I was really happy and excited, but when I saw it was like this, I felt a bit disappointed.

This is what i received 😕 I would like to give 0 rating if i can

Overall, zero effect so far. After applying it, I wake up with more acne and my spots are still dark. No correction on my skin, but I apply it until I finish this first tube to see what happens.

Item didn't look new (seal broken). The bottle pumping mechanism also did not work -- looks like the straw pump dispenser was missing.

I believe this may be a off brand product and not the real thing.
