1- when received it was opened
2- there is no manual inside. all information in written on the colored box hard to read.
3- what is written on the box as manual is a mixture of Chinese and bad translated English.
It seems that the product is not well ready to use internationally

It looks ok, from the picture when it came, it had no instruction manual either that because useless to me, i had to take it back
