2nd one I've bought

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. I am very happy with the AccuChef wired thermometer.  I like that I can insert the probe into the food, close the oven door and leave the thermometer on the counter.   It is very easy to operate and set the desired temperature.  I inserted the probe into my food and watched the current temperature of the food increase on the device.  The oven timer went off but the food had not reached the desired temperature so I left it in; within 3 minutes,  the AccuChef alarm went off and I was relieved to know that the food temperature had been reached!

I have been frustrated in the past when I thought meat or chicken was cooked, only to find out that it wasn't quite done.  I love that this thermometer will eliminate that in the future!

Wish I had bought this a long time ago!

It gave me accurate temperature of my cooked meat so that we knew it was cooked thoroughly and we could eat it. It's small and compact which makes storing it easy. Overall we are impressed with this and would recommend it.

Great food thermometer

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. The thermometer have accurate reading, user friendly and comes with a handy timer. It is made with high quality materials, extremely safe during cooking and baking. I put the probe in the cake while it is on the oven, I can always monitor the temperature of the cake to see if it is cooked or not, without  opening the oven. I highly recommend the product to the people who love baking different kinds of foods.

Easy to use thermometer for cooking and baking

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. I tried the AccuChef wired meat thermometer today while I was cooking chicken in my oven.  I set it so it would beep when it got the meat to the prescribed temperature.
I found this to be a handy tool so That I didn't have to keep opening the oven to check the temp.
This would be a great product for anyone who wants to keep an eye on the temperature of their meat but doesn't always want to be going into the oven or bbq.  It may not be for you if having the wire sticking out of your oven is a problem(eg. if you have small children around).
Overall I'm happy with this product so far, and am excited to use it with my smoker in the future!

Convenient meat thermometer

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. The AccuChef Wired Meat Thermometer is a must have for every home cook. It's a very handy thermometer that can be put in the oven during the whole duration of the cooking. It helps to monitor the meat in the oven so that I can adjust the temperature. I like that it also has a timer for dual purpose. It's also easy to switch between C and F according to the recipe.

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. This is a great, compact little thermometer. It has the option to be used on the stand or the back is magnetic and it can be attached to the side of the fridge or stove.  It has a large display with easy to read numbers that allows you to put your temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit.  

The stainless steel probe can be left in the oven as your food cooks.  You set the temperature for what you're cooking and then put the probe in the food and let it cook.

Once your food reaches the desired temperature, an alarm will sound.  To turn the alarm off, you just hit the button on the back.  

It was accurate for temperature and our food came out how we like it.  The alarm was loud enough for us to hear it, but not so loud to be annoying.  I like that it's stored by just putting it on my fridge, so it's always available.  

Overall it's a great themometer and very easy to use.  I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a compact, easy to use thermometer.

Great Reliable Basic Thermometer

I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. I was offered a full rebate to try and test the Accuchef wire probe cooking thermometer. I have heard great things about this type of thermometers. Therefore, I was very eager to test one. Unfortunately,  it wasn't as easy to use as I thought. The probe barely stayed inside my roast. The alarm was barely audible. The lights went on and off during cooking. Fortunately, my roast still turned out. Consequently,  I would recommend buying a better model of wired thermometer.

Not an user friendly product

Wish I could upload the 10 second video I just shot of this garbage thermometer fluctuating a range of 30 degrees in temp. Total yo-yo. Unsafe. This is not the first one we've bought, as we thought the previous one was a bad fluke. Nope. Garbage. Don't waste your money.
