My husband and I were looking for an outdoor play apparatus for my twin 2 1/2 grandchildren when they come to visit. After reading the excellent reviews the Ace Flyer Teeter Totter received, I decided to order it. I decided to pay the extra money, a mere $2.97, to have it shipped home. The totter arrived the day before it was promised. Grandpa decided to put it together the following day due to the overwhelming reviews of how long it took some people to assemble it. Opened the box, took out the book of instructions, did not panic, and followed it closely to the tee. With help from an older grandson, it was assembled in a little over 3 hours. The next day, we had a Memorial Day BBQ and the children loved it. They took turns flying the plane and being "passengers". It is an excellent product for the price. We are very happy we purchased it and my grandchildren are very happy too!

After studing children playing at parks we attend, I chose this for our back yard. Teeter-toters are gone public areas here now, so this is unique to new generation.
When they saw it, they were "Whoa!"
All five kids got on it safely and peacefully, and played all day. Next day also.
It took 6 hours to assembly, but is quite sturdy and well built.
I labeled all bolts & screws.
The instruction to leave most screws slightly loose and then cross torque at end is improtant since this is built to exact tolerances, and the last holes just won't line up otherwise.
It is worth it however beause I think it will last for years.

Granpa picked a WINNER!

My two three year old and one five year old grandsons seem to love it and play on it whenever they are here. Though the manufacturer recommends three adults for assembly, I had no difficulty doing it by myself. Took about three hours. Oh, when you lay out the parts, check inside the larger tubes for the 4 smaller ones. I'm sure it mentioned that someplace but I didn't see it. Was ready to call and yell at someone but kudos to my wife for finding them and saving the day.

Great Yard Toy

I bought this item for our church playground. As other reviews stated, it does take a few hours to set up. It does help to leave bolts loose and tighten them when the instructions state. We have only had it for a week, but it was a big hit with the kids. I love that it holds up to 7 kids and is much safer than the traditional teeter totter. It seems to be well made, so I expect it to last a long time, although we will have to wait and see.

kids love it

It's great! It's just as big as I expected. It's colorful and high quality. It is not cheap plastic and tin. It is hard, durable plastic and strong metal. It looks just like the picture when it's all put together, and it holds up to 500 lbs! My husband and I get on it and play with the kids too!

My only compliant would be the assembly time. It's stated as on hour. Oh, no sir, plan on 2 days. It took my husband 16 hours total, and he is quite handy when it comes to assembly work. It is worth every second it took to put together, but realistically, plan on more than a day or at least two people.

The kids love it, and it is as big as I expected

My grandsons are going to have a ball with this. It can be adjusted higher as they get older, which is nice. However, don't believe the statement on the box that it can "be easily put together in under an hour." Uh, NO. We had two and sometimes three people working on it. Many, many parts, and many, many steps.
But it seems to be a very sturdy piece of equipment, and the fact that 7 kids can play on it at once is a big plus.

Well made product, very colorful, and sturdy.  Took more time to assemble, so use Allen wrenches with a handle for ease. Otherwise, the instructions were easy to follow and all parts were marked. Kids love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It appears to be a well-made product but time will tell when it gets used.  It was a little pricey, but my grandkids had played on one at a park and loved it.

I bought this for my son's special needs school and the kids are in awe of it! It is so cute when built and the kids love it great deal assembly takes awhile but way worth it!

My husband put ours together a week ago, and our grandchildren loved it. He did say although the assembly instructions are very clear, it takes longer than an hour to get the job done. 
The equipment feels very sturdy.

Sturdy equipment

This was the worst equipment to assemble. Very frustrating, took 6 hours to put together. To top this off, it isn't even safe for the kids to play on. The kid's legs or bodies can get stuck between bars and can be crushed if the teeter totter rocks from side to side. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
