We bought 6 blinds, so it came in a case. We read the reviews about the blinds coming damaged. We believe ours were fine because they were in the case. We measured the windows at 31 inches and bought 31 inches. Fit perfectly with a  1/4 play on each side. They were on sale, that's why we chose these blinds. We wouldn't pay full price, We don't pay full price for anything. That's just us.

We've had this blind for about a month now. It was easy to put up, and adds a very elegant, sophisticated look to the room. You can tell it's not a cheap quality blind and it retracts up easily.

Excellent product, easy to assemble and put up and a great price. So good I bought it twice!

Great Product!

I am 70 years old and it took me 10 minutes to put this blind up. 
The thing that took the longest was screwing in the bracket. 
Don't push the bracket all the way to the wall. It needs space to spring back to lock in the blind. 
Learned that on the first one. 
After that easy peasy 👍

Great product

I am not the handiest person but can complete minor tasks. My windows arent like the ones described in the instructions. They are the pop out kind for easy cleaning, but makes them difficult for inside mount.  Outside  mount looks ridiculous on my windows. Once I figured out that I needed to put the mounting screw into this very narrow piece of frame, I had to get the screw in there without splitting the wood. One of the blinds wouldnt just snap into the mount.   When I pulled the blind down, which was very stiff and pulled hard, it fell down on my head. After numerous attempts it put too much pressure on the mount and I had to move it and make new holes. Finally figured out how the mount was supposed to fit under a small ridge in the blind. This was very awkward since the top of the window is near the ceiling and I couldnt fit my head up high enough to see! Finally got them both to pull without falling in my face. They still are very tight and a bit hard to pull up and down...maybe because they are new.

Installation was a head ache...literally.

These shades are not pearl white but a very light grey and the way they are made to hang would not work in my house windows.
