Initially I bought this for my husband, as he's been suffering after working in the garden. When it arrived, my first instinct was that I'd made a mistake, and should chalk it up to buying online instead of in person. It reeked! A really strong deep heat kind of smell. But given the price, and trusting in Elemis, gave it a whirl.
I was more than pleasantly surprised! In a bath, the smell is a lot less strong, and the whole experience is enjoyable... mind cleared, and muscles relaxed. My husband is also a fan, and said it has definitely helped his sore muscles.
Three capfuls is enough, so a little goes a long way. 
Despite initial misgivings, I will be repurchasing, and would recommend!

Super Soak - Super Great

Love this I recently fell and bruised my ribs pain unbelievable, I used this soak to help with the ache on my side where I fell, I felt it really helped to soak in the bath was great for the stiffness and soreness. I thoroughly recommend this product lovely smell too.

Super Soak  for my aches and pains

Product can be used in the shower not just in a bath. I am unable to soak in a bath but find rubbing the lotion on my back using a shower scrunchy, leaving it while washing the rest of me then rerubbing and then rinsing with warm water really helps the osteoarthritis in my spine. The muscles are able to relax and recuperate.

I have a joint condition which leaves me regularly feeling fatigued and in pain. This stuff is amazing! Would highly recommend as it instantly relaxes you. I have to stop myself from using it every night! Definitely worth the money.

I use this at least once a week and I usually have a really good nights sleep- it relaxes your whole body. I did buy it just as a treat but I see it now as more of an essential product to relieve body aches and stress around the shoulders.

I have been buying this bath soak for my son for many years. He has back problems due to an old injury and he wouldn't like to be without it. He says it helps when he needs to relax the tension in his back muscles and also the smell of the natural oils and ingredients used are very therapeutic.

Elemis  Aching Muscle Super Soak

Posting this review has been difficult for me as, on one hand, the acing muscle super soak is a great product and works a treat, but on the other, I really do not like its smell.  I was looking for a bath product that I could use in my nightly bath to ease my muscles and help me relax. From the blurb on the website and the other reviews, I thought this would fit the bill and I ordered it along with a number of other products. As soon as I opened the box containing the items I was hit with an antiseptic, deep heat aroma which only got stronger as I took the bottle of muscle ease out of its own box. Despite my misgivings, I used it several times as per the instructions and it worked amazing well, quickly easing the lower back aches and pains that I suffer with in a daily basis. I have never used a better product. This sentiment is echoed by my immediate family who have also been using it. However, for me personally, the overpowering deep heat aroma, which I can still smell on my skin several hours after I've had my bath has put me off if this product and I will now only use it if my back is really playing up.

This bottle I purchased definitely is mix in other ingredients  I used this product a lot purchased through their official site unlike the smell unlike the the quality the liquid feel like it diluted, the cap color was out , the bottle want sealed don't buy it
