[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very dissatisfied with how the company has been handling this situation they have been very slow to acknowledge what's going on and the response has been dismal.  The quality of the product is diminished with the dismal communication and slow or next to no response for resolution   We love the product, we just wish someone would help us fix the logistics and communication issues
