I expected a flimsy type planter when I ordered these online from WalMart because of the low price. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were quite sturdy and well built. I bought four of them to place on top of a stone wall outside of our Condominium home. After filling them with flowered potted plants, they really look nice and add to our enjoyment of the outside.
Would highly recommend to others.

For several months I purchased several different types of buckets, bins, tubs, for my two large destructive dogs to drink water from. The dogs destroyed every item until I purchased this Deck Planter and filled it with exactly 7 gallons of water. They tried to move it, chew on it, drag it, dump it out, tip it over, but they were not able to. The Deck Planter has a drain plug at the bottom, to allow water to drain out, but when secured properly, it does not leak any water. Thanks to ADAMS Deck Planter, my dogs will not dehydrate. The quality is sturdy. It comes in a choice of colors. It was exactly the dimensions I needed for my purposes, the shape and the size and the volume that it holds are perfect. The Price was lower than any other product I'd seen for comparable items.
The ADAMS Deck Planter will not disappoint- for using it as a Deck Planter, or for using it for other purposes.

These were a little wider than I was expecting but I love them. They are light weight, made of resin rather than wood so they won't rot. I'm even using a couple of them for container gardening for potatoes and squash on my deck.

This is very nice and at a great price. I love Walmart's free shipping to the store. I got the planter that I wanted in white. You couldn't ask for more than that/

Looks nice and seems sturdy

This planter is wide enough to make a nice presentation when full of bright beautiful plants. It is wide enough to plant a variety of plants and flowers.

Nice planter for porch or deck

These are great planters. One was damaged a bit (a corner of one was chipped) . I bought 4 to put between the posts of my porch awnings. They will hold about twelve plants from two six packs of bedding plants. The 4 I got are clay gray and look very nice. Each have a plug in the bottom for drainage that is easy to remove. I really like them. I am considering getting more for between the posts on the back side of my home too. I might get the deluxe set though which comes with the planter, four legs and a shelf that sits inside the legs and below the planter. EACH planter will hold two six packs of bedding plants.

Very nice on a patio

These fit over my 6" deck rail quite nicely. They are bigger than I expected which is better than smaller. They could double as a beverage cooler on the deck - fill with ice and cans, bottles. You're good to go. I purchase four to plant herbs so they'd be close to my kitchen. They will work well. A simple screw through the legs can affix them securely to the rail if desired. There were no plugs, as promised, on the paperwork, but I don't need them.

Big deck planters

The planters look nice, desert clay was lighter color than pictured. The depth said 8", but that's counting the trim, which is at least 2". This makes the planting area only about 6" deep at most.
They are nice for the money. I was hoping the "resin" which they said they were made of would look more rustic than shiny, as they are.

Nice but shallow

We are using the planter as a small herb garden. The depth could be a few inches deeper, but it will meet our needs as is.

Got exactly what we expected it would be.

The product is actually very nice-looking, and a good value. However, the planter is so large, that it needs more drainage holes. The one hole is right in the middle, and if the planter is not exactly level, it won't drain. I am going to have to figure out how to put a lot more holes in it, and then probably line the bottom with screen. Thus, although they have a nice look to them (I bought several), the function is not well-thought-out.
