Thinking of returning snaps have ripped out.

I have both negative and positive points

Came quickly,was easy to install, very nice material 

Only came with 6 stakes, in the hour it has been up I've had to resnap the buttons a handful of times. Isn't as long bottom of 5th wheel to ground ad it states either.

The good and the bad

Snaps are not very tight.  They come off in a stiff, not even a strong wind.   The tent stakes for the bottom.   I got only about 1/3 enough stakes to hold the tarp down on the bottom and there was a couple of missing part of the snap that screws into the trailer.

The tarp is heavy duty, I've not had a chance to test the zippers though.

Not ready out of the box.

Very disappointed, not very weather resistant, by years end it was totally rotted.

Could be better.
