Works great, particularly with a dimmer switch in my study.

The only disappointment was that there is no way to use just one or two of the lights.  The switch only controls all three lights at once.  There are times we would like to use just one for reading, or one just aimed to the ceiling.

so far so good, glad that i bought it as it increases my mid century look.
