Very good quality and very well organized package . Easy to assemble. It comes with Allen wrench tool, but you will need a screwdriver (not included) also for assembly at the lower part. One of the parts was missing (part: J) see picture for that. I didn't know how to contact the company for this part. 
In general I am satisfied with this purchase. The price is high but its good quality and it looks great in the corner . If the part (j) wasn't missing will be giving it 5 stars. And it doesn't effect the product at all but it should be a plastic or rubber goes under the leg of the rack. It stand pretty solid and stable on carpet and very balanced even with hanging a heavy coat on one side. 
I will recommend it for a friend absolutely
