[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a headset for calls when I work from home. I liked the look of it but the reviews were not the highest when I ordered. I'm glad I got it! Super comfy, clear calls, callers can hear me. Great stereo sound. Doesn't pinch. I had a Logitech prior to this, which made my laptop crash out. This one doesn't cause any funky issues and connects immediately to my laptop. No need to worry about a battery life with this. Recommend.
