When you get this home, wipe down the ball and cavity with a clean cloth.  There seems to be a silicone spray applied which attracts lint.  I like this better than my M570 model from a different brand.  I've found the rechargeable batteries last longer.

The imouse to use

The First one I rec. didn't work but I sent it back for a replacement and it work Great. I hope I didn't get charge for the first one , I sent it back one day after cause it was Sunday.

It moves pretty smooth I like the way that you can use your thumb to operate the mouse

I bought this to replace a Kensington mouse, that replaced a Logitech. It was half  the price of the two name brand items and functions as well. This is not a gaming mouse, though but works well when using business and production applications. Time will tell but for now this mouse works fine. If you have never used a trackball mouse and want the experience, this is a good place to start.

Product is as advertised.

If you leave ideal to long it stops working. You have to pick it up and move it around to get it back into working mode.  I replaced the batteries in it thinking that might be it but it wasn't.

attention seeking mouse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Logitech M570's This can't compete. The ball sticks even after cleaning everything. Finding its driver/control panel was a pain (it's on the selling page, not support). It's way too sensitive on my QHD monitor and can't be adjusted to fix it. The two thumb buttons require you to move your thumb and feel for them- way harder and more annoying than the M570/575.  The M575 with a small controller like x-mouse is far more natural and usable (skip Options  )
