Perfect stool for the price!

I found this a little difficult to assemble . The cap on top of the Center piece would not come off. I ended up prying it off with a screw driver.  Once I had it all set up, I sat down and tried to roll around. Some wheels rolled, some did not. It did not roll freely. I'm well under the weight restriction.  I returned.
