I've had great success with my AeroGarden and I like the Grow Anything pods actually better. I prefer to choose my own seeds & I've been starting my plants in the pods then transplanting into my garden. The plants have been really healthy and have really flourished in my garden.  I would highly recommend this as a way to start plants.

Starting Your Own Seeds

My Mom passed away 7 years ago and i just began using her aerogarden Jan 31.  Used my own seeds in the pods.  Started on a Friday and had growth by Monday!  Was stunned!  Certainly helped shake the winter blues!  Plants grew too high!  Will use petite items next time.  I'm now a hooked believer and my Mom would be pleased.  A great fun product.

Blown away!

Looking forward to to using this kit next spring for seedlings. The tomatoes I'm growing now are producing well and I can't hardly wait for ripening and that very first taste of “home grown” produce!! May wind up with a “ farm” in my kitchen next year!

Grow kit

Order came in without any product damage.  Pods work Great with my Two Classic 7-Pod Garden.  The back right and left pods do not set straight as the curve of the bottom tray interferes with the plastic pod going all the way down.  But they work and seeds sprout even at an angle!  I wish Aerogarden would bring back the smaller growing sponges I used with the initial Garden purchase so I can use the shorter pods in these back areas.

Will Buy Again

Many of the plants available for AeroGarden are not necessarily things that that I grow. I almost always use the grow anything packs. I've grown peas and beans, many many varieties of micro dwarf and dwarf tomatoes including Micro Tom, Tiny Tim, Orange Hat, Geranium Kiss, Bundaberg Rumball. Sometimes I use the grow anything to start my seedlings and then transfer to the garden. I can't even tell you how many Sungold tomatoes I started that way.
Another is that you can grow multiple different types of plants for example I grew a Japanese brand of cucumber with varieties of peppers and a little kale because basically for these I just wanted to get them going well and transplant outside.

I can grow anything

Using this kit to grow lemons from seeds and am so happy with it.  I tried doing this before in a little pot with soil and nothing happened, but in my aero garden I am having success. So far several of the pods have sprouted and the others may just be a bit behind. I am really pleased and hope to actually grow a lemon tree from these seeds. Next I want to try Meyer lemons, if I can find some!!

Growing lemons from seeds

I reordered the growing pods, the first time I ordered everything was great sprouts came easily. This time all my pods got algae so bad and seeds molded so they didn't sprout. I got 2 sprouts out of 6. Pretty disappointing especially considering the first time it was perfectly fine. I cleaned the system thoroughly in-between seasons too. That being said one of my 2 plants is producing very well

It works well but took off one star because i didnt get grow domes. I'm not sure if they are no longer included or what. If that is the case i would love to know why and if they can be available for purchase on your site.

Where did the grow domes go?

I bought 4 Aerogardens months ago, and they came with prepped seeds, which was wonderful. Weeks ago, I've decided to buy more Gourmet Herbs Seed Pod Kit again, but the herbs didn't grow this time. I've followed the instructions to the T, and only one pod grew basil. I'm really sad. Not sure what happened.

It's fine but the seeds won't grow

Thought I would use my own seeds.  Bought the anything kit, put my seeds in it and.... nothing.  The water does not wick all the way up the pod so the seeds never get wet to germinate.  Considering how well my harvest kits work, this was a huge disappointment.  Would not order this again.
