I just bought 18 Romaine pods and half a year ago I had bought 18 as well. I've had probably six or seven that have never germinated. And I'm not quite sure what to do about that. I used to be able to get credit or replacements when it was the original website owners. I figure I really want these, so I'm gonna keep ordering them. But I just wanted you to know I have had issue with that. Otherwise I love it. I've been doing it for years. And we are big Romaine fans so it's kind of fun to harvest it routinely & watch it regrow. It's really been a nice experience overall.

I have been using various lettuce mixes from Aerogarden for a few years. This is the first romaine.  All 6 pods sprouted within 3-4 days and are growing well. Easy to plant and maintain. This whole kit is a great product and would recommend.

Great product

I purchased my AeroGarden new from a discount retailer. The date on the item was from over 3 years ago - and I was absolutely pleasantly surprised and thrilled that the seeds germinated! I'm a gardener - this was a bonus!

I had no hesitation in ordering the new seed packet - I'm sure it will be wonderful!

Very Impressed

I love being able to have salad greens and mixed romaine fresh all winter long. I grow everything outside during the summer. I have used the AeroGarden for many years. The one thing I have noticed lately is the at least 1 oƒ the pods from each 6 pack doesn't grow. It isn't always in the same position. This has occurred at least 3 times. I dont know what is causing it.

Great fresh lettuce all year round.

Only two of the pods that I've purchased seeded properly and started growing. While those are doing quite nicely, it's a bummer that the other four seemed to sprout and then immediately die off. A bit disappointing that a 1/3 success rate is what we seem to have here, but the ones that have continued to grow are doing great.

When it works, works really well.

I purchased the Stem Lite kit with Romaine lettuce pods.
The pictures show a planter with the kit. It does not come with a planter. It is just the light.
I do not understand this growing process.
I have a Farm 12 and a Bounty and the pods are submersed in water.
With the Stem Lite, apparently they are to be immersed in dirt.
I do not see any growth at all.
Instructions mention nothing of how to grow this way.
I put one of the seed pods in Bounty and after two days it is already starting to germinate.
It should have come with a planter with a cover for immersing at lest one or two pods.
Not what I expected.

Stem Lite Issues

So so. Would have been helpful if you let customers know that you researched it and decided that the plastic domes weren't helping appreciably so you stopped sending them with new seed pod kits. While it's a responsible move, communication would have made me happier as a customer.

I have used aerogarden primarily for lettuce and used it regularly for 2 years. The first batch had all 6 pods grow. We were excited. The next time we grew romaine, only 4 of the pods produced. Same thing the third time. Now, on the forth time, NOTHING GREW. All 6 pods were duds. I can't imagine wastin g money with you again. Major disappointment.

How does your garden grow….

None of them germinated. I did receive a refund for the first two, but am still waiting on a refund for the second planting of four. I understand germination rates can vary but I think there is something wrong with the product that nothing germinated, when I have had no trouble growing anything else.

Did not germinate

Overcharges AeroGarden for years. When I saw the colpamy was selling again in bought romaine lettuce and herb pods. Two weeks ago I set everything up and started the process. There's NOTHING in any of the pods! I think I received pods with only “soil” but nothing else. Everything is working in my unit /?lights, pimp, fresh water & your plant food. It's hard to believe. Is this a new company that started up the old one?
