[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this vacuum. It is light but powerful. The small vacuum we were using did not get all the dirt off the carpet. When I used the Bissell, I could not believe how much dirt was in the carpet. The carpet looked good and clean.

I would definite buy the product again and recommended it.

Since she has had a past surgery that requires her to not lift over the pound limit set by the Dr. ,this vac sounded like a winner. She wanted one that was lightweight but had strong suction for her hard to reach places. She loves this vac and will not part with it. Tks

I would suggest this vacuum item.

Vacuum works great and is easy to clean. Only problem with it is the ride height dial. It doesn't actually engage so it rides as if its meant for bare floor. I have higher carpet and I believe this is what caused my first one to ware out the roller brush, and to get a replacement in canada costs basically what it would for a new vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good power, compact, fits easily into a closet and lightweight, just too small for my needs. I had no issues with how it operated on the carpet/wood floors and picking up dog hair. I was hoping it would replace my heavier standup vacuum that has seen better days on my main floor but as good as it was it is just a bit too small for me. I was having to stop too often to empty the receptacle or I would have given it 5 stars. I am giving it to my college daughter who is thrilled. I bought it because it was: lightweight, you can CLEAN the receptacle and washable filters. Now, I'm looking for a larger model!

Light and Easy to Use

This vacuum is great! The suction is amazing. The power tool works wonderfully to remove pet hair from furniture. It is lightweight and I love this characteristic because I use it for my cleaning business which means having to carry it into houses and up stairs and back to the car again. It is fairly quiet for the most part, which is also nice. The only thing however, that I do not like about this product is that when using the hose and attachments, the suction is so strong that when stretching the hose to reach high places or far from the vacuum, it will pull the vacuum over because of the "pull back" in the hose. I have actually been hit in the head several times when on my knees cleaning upholstery and it was pretty painful. However, I would recommend this vacuum, but be careful when using the hose and attachments. If Bissell will fix the hose issue then I will keep buying this product, but if not, I will have find something different.

I would buy this vacuum again if the hose issue is fixed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for daily vacuuming on a short pile carpet. Suction is great, hard to maneuver, handle too short, requires way too much maintenance. Hopefully I will win the sweepstakes and be able to purchase a better model.

Poorly designed

Hose does not stay connected to lower part of Vaccuum. I constantly have to stop and Reattach it. Frustrating. Want to tape it but you do need to unattach it occasionally to suck up cobwebs etc. This sweeper needs to be reengineered. Very light and cleans well. Hose coming off all the time makes me crazy
