And I'm actually just purchasing another vacuum for a relative of mine and love that the filter you buy and comes with is febreze and makes my apartment smelling good. I recommend it to anyone. And it's easy to carry and move around especially with me having back problems etc.

I would definitely buy this again!

I have an apartment with laminant flooring and some area rugs. I have psoriatic arthritis in my shoulders and my old vacuum cleaner was to heavy and painful when using it. This new vacuum is light and easier to use. The suction is great and the attachments are easy to use. I like this vacuum a lot.

East to use

This vacuum is great! The suction is amazing. The power tool works wonderfully to remove pet hair from furniture. It is lightweight and I love this characteristic because I use it for my cleaning business which means having to carry it into houses and up stairs and back to the car again. It is fairly quiet for the most part, which is also nice. The only thing however, that I do not like about this product is that when using the hose and attachments, the suction is so strong that when stretching the hose to reach high places or far from the vacuum, it will pull the vacuum over because of the "pull back" in the hose. I have actually been hit in the head several times when on my knees cleaning upholstery and it was pretty painful. However, I would recommend this vacuum, but be careful when using the hose and attachments. If Bissell will fix the hose issue then I will keep buying this product, but if not, I will have find something different.

I would buy this vacuum again if the hose issue is fixed

Im happy with it, it is mostly plastic, so I will be treating it gently. Its a bit loud, but I will deal with that. This bissell is lightweight, so stairs would not be a problem for me. Ive only used it twice so far. I also own a bissell canister cleaner, Ive had it for about a year and its still running well, but doesnt work well on carpet, I Do like the automatic cord rewind.

Hard to maneuver, handle is too short, have to wash canister and fikter after each use or it coughs a cloud of dust when initially turned on. The suction is amazing though in traditional Bissell fashion. This vacuum is too much work for me.
