This weightless, moisturizing, and alcohol-free blend uses the natural benefits of Aloe & Coconut Water to define and shape coils and curls without flaking; leaving hair hydrated, frizz-free with lasting hold and shine.

This gel is not heavy. It's a very hydrating gel that holds. Yet, it works great when you have fresh clean hydrated hair. I smooth the cuticles of my hair while shampooing then rinse with warm water while still smoothing my hair cuticles so it can absorb all the  (water) hydration it can.  Use a steamer once a week before using conditioner, rinse.

This product is amazing. This defining gel keeps my hair in place but does not cause damage. My most important part of the day is taking my hair down and having the after effects of my hair being moisturized throughout the day while keeping it in place. if you are looking for tight curls for natural ethic hair this us the product you want. it has no alcohol in it. Will not leave your hair dry.

This gel kept the curls in place without weighing her hair down or drying it out. I have tried many products to keep her curls defined and soft and this has helped tremendously.

I did have to test product first and noticed that a little goes a long way. I cannot reapply as much as I would want to as it can flake a little. Overall a good styling gel, just have to know how to best use on your hair type and what products you can blend it with.

Good styling gel

I hace 3c hair and this produce leaves a white residue on my hair as it drys. This is very dissapointing as African Pride is my go to for hair care.
