So far so good, It's very comfortable and the sound quality of the other person's voice is absolutely amazing! My voice apparently is very clear as well on the other end. Using the phone assistant to ask to call someone is working great.  Yesterday the audio cut out for a second or two a couple times while I was driving but I'm guessing it was from the poor cell reception out here.  The audio also cut out when I left my phone in the car and went to get the mail from the mailbox, I wasn't very far away from it but it wasn't enough of a negative to give it 4 stars. All in all I'm wild about it! It won't fall out of my ear and get lost either. Definitely worth the money. I had previously bought three headsets in the $50 range that all failed, I should have spent the money on this one instead. I will update this review if I have any issues but so far its like driving a Lamborghini after putting up with beaters.

I love the battery life, the comfort and the clarity of conversations.
I hate the charger being different from everything else on the market and in my list of chargeable devices, I need more cables so I have one in office home and cars just like my other devices. Why does everyone have a proprietary charging system???

I love the battery life,

I have been using a speakerphone in my office. I bought these to replace that phone. These headphones are comfortable. Being open-eared allows me to carry on conversations with people in my office. The phone calls are crisp and clear. With a speakerphone, many calls had disturbing background sounds from a fan in my office. However, this OpenComm headset did not pick up the fan background noise at all. These were excellent for office phone use. They also work very well with podcasts and music. I like the Aftershokz product so well, that I bought the Aftershokz Aeropex headset for my personal use!

Makes Smart Phone into Office Phone

They are comfortable to wear all day long as a truck driver sitting in my driver's chair, unlike blue parrot headsets that squeeze my head and cause ear pain for many. However, I have to swap them out when laying back in my bunk or at home sitting in my recliner because of the wire around the back of your head which pushes them out of position on your ears. The sound quality for music is pretty poor so these are better suited for phone conversations only, as are the blue parrot headsets. The manufacturer boasts about bone conduction but that's not really the full extent of how they work. The vibration of the pods at higher volumes is annoying and there is very noticeable distortion above medium high volume, which is needed in noisy environments. The noise canceling microphone appears to work well but not as good as my blue parrot headset, according to people I talk to on the phone. If wearing a blue parrot, or similar headset, is comfortable enough for you, then don't waste your money. If you drive a car and/or talk on the phone in places that aren't very noisy and listen to podcasts or audio books, this may be the option for you.

Comfortable to wear but mediocre sound quality.

Good: 

* Most comfortable headphone solution I've ever worn, hands down

* Microphone is excellent

* Voice features are good, Bluetooth is consistent

* Battery life is good

Bad: 

* Button features (mute, etc) don't work with Microsoft Teams in Windows

* Sound is just OK, could be louder

* Special charge cable... I'd sure feel better if a spare adapter for USB-C or Micro B were included

Completely functional, not perfect

These are very comfortable and I love them except for the battery life and volume. I drive truck and need the volume turned pretty much to maximum to hear things. I had to laugh at the 16hr talk time because I am averaging 4-6 hours before needing to charge. No way these run 16 hours unless my pair is defective. They do charge fast at around 45 min full charge.

Battery life is a joke

I have other Shokz, wanted one with a mic. Sound and usage is just as good as my other Shokz. The two star deduction is the decision by this company's designers to go back to the days of having a different chargers for different devices. Why would you do that? Zero sustainability advantage. Must get theirs if one loses the cable. Badly done. One star for charger design, one star for carbon footprint increase.

Backwards engineering

The OPEN COMM headset buds tickle the area where they sit at. The sound is ok, but the vibration they produce is very distracting and at time, uncomfortable. I would not purchase them again.
