I really like how it can be easily dressed up , as well as dressed down. I feel as though this blouse run very large. It is very comfortable, and fits perfectly. I love the navy color , and the material is excellent! It does seem to wrinkle easily, but just a few squirts of a wrinkle releases and it was good to go! I definitely feel very confident wearing the blouse! I would highly recommend this Agnes Orinda women's plus size tie crew neck 3/4 ruffle sleeves work office chiffon blouse to all of me family and friends!

Gives blows some needed structure and detail. Heavier weight polyster. Does wrinkle. Nice navy blue color can be worn with a lot of neutral outfits. Elastic at 3/4 length sleeves.

I do think the shirt is a tad thin, so a camisole would need to be worn as well.  I really liked this shirt and plan on adding it a staple for my business casual work days.
