The best thing I've EVER purchased for my pool. I used to have to skim the pool every time I got in it and always felt like my whole time in the pool was cleaning it. Not anymore! I actually can enjoy it now. This thing cleans everything on top the water and I barely have to vacuum the floor since there is not much to fall to the bottom. I've only charged in with the wall charger when I got it. Being solar powered is amazing! I Will not be without one of these ever!

This is the best skimmer. It is so awesome! Great price too! It runs in my pool almost 24/7. You will not be disappointed. I used to have to spend 30 mins or more cleaning the pool. Now that I have this helper I never have to clean my pool. This Skimmer also comes with an App you can download on your phone and it will even give you the temp. of the pool! Great buy!

This little machine works like the little engine that could. I have it on solar in my pool. I just leave it there and when the sun comes out in the morning, it just starts cleaning the pool anything that went in there overnight is cleaned up in the morning. I love this machine!

Best pool skimmer ever!

This machine is awesome it works great makes my life easier don't have to skim my pool manually i get a lot of bugs where I live this is the best investment I've made it never turns off runs 24hrs with the solar charge I only had to charge it once when I first used it it's been running for four weeks now and I haven't charged it

I like that it is solar powered and u can charge via plug in wall if need be. The app picked the signal for this right up and connect immediately.
Dislike that there is only on and off u cant schedule this to clean Not many optiins in the app its bkue tooth and wifi but there are only 2 options in app!!

Needs more options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its working well so far, my only complaint is why doesn't this have a timer or schedule you can set? because it'll stay on until the battery is dead or until you turn it off. a timer seems like a simple enough ask for such a pricey item.

good skimmer but limited features

had it less than a month and now one of the fan motors quit out of nowhere.  the walmart protection plan is useless because its still under manufacturer warranty, and the manufacturer warranty is useless and their "support" is im possible to contact even through their app.  i will be returning it and going with another brand.  i was about to purchase one of their expensive rovot pool vacuum cleaners, but certaibly will not after this product didnt even make it a month.

Really want to like it, got a great deal on it, but it constantly gets stuck on our simmer. I've constantly lowered the pump so it's less than half strength and still it keep getting stuck, its object avoidance is poor and it never tried anything other than sitting there getting stuck, even after I dislodge it half the time it then immediately does a circle back to get stuck again. So now it's jamming my actual skimmer rather than actually working along with it. Also means you can't have an auto vacuum with it as the hose is yet another thing it will get stuck on, since it's not smart enough to avoid objects or to try and maneuver itself free.

The other thought I had would be to run it at night when the pump is off to better supplement that way.  But there's no way to schedule it at all, which just seems really dumb and such an easy fix to implement. 

Also Bluetooth connection doesn't connect half the time, and the app is very poor at showing and updating, often saying it's stuck for several minutes after I free it, or saying it's paused when it isn't.

Not smart, gets itself stuck like crazy

Completely disappointed in this product. It constantly gets stuck on my ladder. Then goes back and fourth using all the battery life and dumping the bugs back out into the pool. Also the app is always having and error so can't use it the way it was intended to be used. Not worth the money at all. So expensive

Not worth the money

I will be returning this item back to the store. The sun doesn't seem to charge the solar panel and if you don't remove it promptly when it shuts off all the debris that is in that basket floats back out.
