First time buying an Airhead tube. It's built sturdier than other tubes I've owned. It is nice to be able to accommodate different ages/levels of riders.

This is great for all ages. I wish we had tubes like this when I grew up, but I wouldn't have all the near death stories to tell. I went tubing on a traditional tube before Mable. I was sore for 3 days and needed to go to the chiro. I knew I had to get Ol' Mable. She is the greatest and can ride her all day! Couch surfing. The crashes/airborne moments are epic.

This is great for all ages!!! Esp born <1990

Excellent stability, easy to inflate.  We inflate at the marina every time we use, as it is relatively large.  Tows well and stays about of the water easily (riders stay relatively dry).  Our yound grandchildren enjoy the ride (ages 2 and 3).  Can accomodate adults as well.  The ony downside is that finding the air inlet nozzles can be a challenge....but there is a sippered access port to help find them.

Very stable, suitable for young children

Ok so I'm only on this site because my beloved “Big Mable” has her first leak and is looking a little faded after 30 years of annual use. By far the best tube we have ever owned, so planning to buy Big Mable II next summer. This my favorite tube as a child and now it's my kids' favorite. Super stable even at high speeds for riders who don't want to fall in but also flippable if the captain knows how to pull. Don't judge the picture. She is well loved. But this is THE one.

Great tube! The kids have had a blast and mom likes it for all the cushion on the bottom. :) Easy to inflate and deflate. Very happy with purchase.

Fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My parents started tubing with us as kids very little, 3 years old or so, and just cruised around at no wake speeds. We had an adult with us (1 kid, 1 adult or older kid) and more important than tubing was learning that it's okay to be in the water floating about helplessly. I always liked to have water shoes on to protect my feet from vicious fish attacks and other monsters so just getting a kid used to open water is probably more important than the tube ride.
The Big Mable is definitely a hassle to stow but once it's inflated and in use, I don't think it can be beat, especially with small kids.

Tube inflated easily and was a nice for the first day, towed easily. Day two go out to ride and the seating tube was bulging top and bottom in the center. I figured the webbing inside let go. So now it's kinda goofy to ride, but manageable. I'll seek a replacement for next year.

On first use it lost air straight out the box. I went with this brand because it was the more expensive better brand. I was mistaken.
