The case is nicely designed and really stands out even though there are only 3 colors on it like black, white, and red. I like how there are magnets to close the box. This box set is very heavy. Page quality is good, and illustrations are very nice. I recommend this box set. I think it's worth having.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is beautiful. It is the ultimate way to enjoy Akira at a decent price. The box and books are sturdy and all the details and touches are perfect. If you like Akira at all, this is totally worth considering.

The packaging is well done and well protected! I love this manga series and after watching the movie, I am still fascinated by the artwork and environment that this author made which puts a lot of depth into the story. I would recommend it to those who are interested in reading science fiction. 10/10! Although I did not receive the Box set on time, it is still worth the wait.

Everything from the art to the quality of the materials is substantial.  MSRP on this set is $212.99 and it often sells in the $150-200 range when available. eBay sellers try to get far more! I was able to buy the set for $127.99, a bargain! Too bad it disappeared at this price before I could show others the set.
