I've had the same flip phone for years, a 3G.  I use it for voice calls and text, only.  As 3G will stop, I upgraded. Good features, and my plan includes data at the same monthly fee.

4G flip phone

Brought it home, charged it for 2 1/2 hours, said 35% 40 minutes in,  now won't turn on .

Terrible

I received this unit as described as "The device looks new at first glance" and had "minor signs of wear." The phone not as advertised and anything but minor wear. While it worked (it's an unlocked T-Mobile unit and worked with my Rogers SIM) there was a deep large scratch in the back of the unit like someone had taken a box cutter across the back. The front had many scratches and enough to impede the quality of the already marginal camera as the lens was scuffed too. The accessories were also a hodge-podge of pieces from other phones. In my case, a charging brick from a Blu phone, a charging cable from BlackBerry and the unit from Alcatel. This unit went back the same day I received it.

Unit was well worn, not 'refurbished' material
