This phone is useless to me. As it's locked to an unknown network.And I am unable to unlock it.So I am out the money that I paid for this phone, as well as I still have to purchase a new phone that will work. I tried to return the phone and was informed that this phone is not returnable. So I am very disappointed and I don't think I will order anything online from this company again. Plus phones sold in Canada 🇨🇦 are supposed to be unlocked.
