I decided to have camera to monitor the garage. Installation was very easy.It needed multiple attempts. When paired LED light turns blue from blinking red. After I added to Amazon Alexa.'Alexa, turn on the garage door' = opens door. 'Alexa, lock the garage door' = Closes door. Motion sensor is very sensitive, audio is very clear and crisp. Video is color. Supplied power cord and cable were long enough for me.

I just recently purchased this little gadget after reading both the positive and negative reviews for this product. I have a LiftMaster P30 Security 3.0 which I previously bought a Momentum Niro from Costco which turned out to be not compatible with my garage opener. Shame on me didn't read the compatibility sheet for Niro......

The installation for Garager was fairly easy. The only minor issue I had was you really have to put the phone, the Garager and the router close to each other. I did the initial pairing in my living room downstairs where the router was actually upstairs. Even though I had a good 2.4GHz Wifi coverage in the living room, it still wouldn't pair. This freaked me out a bit at the beginning. The installation in the app did say you need the router to be close by as well which I took all the equipment upstairs to be closer to the router. And boom, first try succeeded.

Everything else flow pretty smooth. Unplug the opener, wire the Garager, power up the Garager then the opener. Depending on your opener make/model, it does take few tries before the Garager connects to the opener as I guess it was trialing different codes on each try. This was said in the installation manual too. So don't freak out. Mine took 4 tries.

The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the App. The app does glitch a bit and timed me out couple times. And it does take 10-20 sec in most cases to load the live feed but I guess that's because the Garager is on 2.4GHz not 5 GHz which impact the speed a bit. And the live feed does freeze/lag a bit.

Oh well, I purchased this because I just want a remote garage opener as well as a camera where I can make sure it does what it says. You can have a Chambling MyQ but I've heard stories from friends who had it said sometimes he got false msg where the garage door was open/close. Thus I want to pair it up with a camera that I can see and verify. It's either 2 equipment (MyQ+3rd party camera) or this Garager All in One. For this purpose, whether the Garager has a good live feed video quality or not really won't be my concern as I would have gone a different route for surveillance purposes. So the chance for me to streamline the video from Garager would be minimal. They do offer a cloud storage service which personally I wouldn't think I need it for what I'm using it for.

I do wish the Garager had an SD card slot for local storage so it can capture short videos without subscribing to the cloud service ($5 a month...just for my garage...thanks but NO). Also I do wish they can improve the App user experience which I think would be a huge boost to the marketability of the product as most negative reviews I saw was complaining about the App itself.
