Beautiful lap desk made from Walnut. It is well-built and durable and attractive to the eye. It doesn't look cheap. It has a neat side drawer for pens or paper clips, etc. The legs fold under for easy portability with a tilting desktop as needed. Fits my MacBook Air perfectly and is just like sitting at a nice full desk albeit on a much smaller scale and in the comfort of an easy chair. I recommend this product.

you know how, every now and then, you get something that blows your mind because of what you got for the price you paid? that was me this afternoon. 

1. no assembly required!?!
2. quality wood
3. i was not expecting this quality for only $20! 

there are 4 different angle adjustments for the top. i have a package of mechanical pencils in the drawer. it feels small but pens and pencils fit well with room for other things. the top is held closed with a magnet so it doesn't open while you move it around. the legs are also snug so they don't fall down while you're moving it. 

if you've ever considered a tray 2 like this, you will not be disappointed!

extremely pleased

I purchased this lap table specifically to use with my laptop. It has been great! It is very easy to use, and is lightweight. It is as portable as my laptop is and I use it alot while relaxing in my recliner. I love it and would reccommend it very highly!

Very nice for the price!

Great laptop desk,solid wood and well built.I bought it to use while i'm sitting in my recliner chair and it fits over my 320 lb. frame with no problem.It arrived at my home fully assembled and ready to go.Has a small drawer that you can store thing in,such as disc's or a flash card reader etc. and the top has 4 different positions it can be raised to.All in all i am totally satisfied with this product !

Worth Every Penny

I am recovering and at present bedridden. I ordered this hoping that it would fit my needs since the others had not. I was overjoyed to get this lovely wooden tray and check out its features. I loved that the tray top had various stages to incline and support my laptop, my writing tablet, my books and flatten out for crafts and eating. The small drawer on the side is under the small part of the tray on the right side that stays flat. It holds my wireless mouse and pens and quilting needles and scissors. Loved that. The tilt portion has a strip of wood to keep objects from sliding off. You can use it as a flat tray or using the pull out legs it can be a stand alone tray. I am so glad I bought this item!

Bed Tray for today's needs.

My husband was ill and I wanted something that I could sit in his chair so he could eat rather than a tray on his lap. It works well that way. An added benefit is an adjustable book/computer holder with a lip to hold it from slipping off. You could put your Ipad or phone on it for hands free use. There is a drawer which is a nuisance to me. When you move the tray the drawer keeps falling out. Am going to figure something to keep it held in. Would be good to hold pen and paper if you could keep it from falling out every time you move it. Other than that it is good looking and I would recommend it.

great little lap tray

We purchased this for our 5 year old to use for eating meals/snacks in the living room, doing homework, and doing arts and crafts. The overall quality is good, although the mechanism that raises the top surface of the desk looks like it could easily break. Also, we expected more storage inside the desk, judging from the picture on the website. We thought that there would be an area to store small, thin objects (such as markers and coloring books) underneath the portion that can be raised or lowered, but there is no bottom to it. Also, the storage drawer on the side is much smaller than expected. The color of the wood seems much lighter in person that in the picture. And the desk is heavy. Considering all this, I wish we would've passed on this purchase in hopes of finding something better suited to our needs. The overall quality, however, is acceptable.

Expected more

Bought this for a x-mas gift for my mother who has recently taken up drawing. I wrapped it up still in the box, and when it was opened, the wood was very cheap and slightly scratched up. the legs aren't that long, so if your sitting on a couch or laying in bed, there is a good chance the legs won't touch the mattress or couch.....the drawer is tiny, and will not hold many pens/pencils of average length. If you're looking at this product, check it out in person rather then ordering it online without seeing it.

Looks descent in the picture.

I ordered this for my son since we are constantly sitting on the couch doing homework. When I opened it up I was very disappointed. The drawer was broken, the top of the desk was rough like they didn't sand it first and it seemed flimsy all together.I returned it a few days later and ordered a different one from another website. Hopefully the condition isn't the same for all, but I'm not sure i would have kept it even without the flaws.

Not fantastic

It looked good. The legs won't stay tight., a screw shows from the underside, almost all the way through the top. When I lift it to take it off my lap, the legs on one end dangle, then when I go to set it down, the legs collapse. The price was reasonable, but very disappointed overall. Too much trouble to return.
