ALEENE'S-Fabric Stiffener & Draping Liquid.  This stiffening solution is great for projects that you may want to tint: simply mix the desired color of acrylic paint with stiffener solution. the liquid drape id great for stiffing crochet pieces, I have used this for yers and the price is the best I have found.

Aleen's fabric stiffener works beautifully. I made the vintage crocheted doily bowels with it.

I have never used Alene's fabric stiffener until now, but it works really well and I would recommend it!
