You need to give it a try

I love getting my new filters. They smell so clean and fresh for about the first two weeks. And it is always so alarming at how much “stuff” it traps from the air.

While I was somewhat skeptical about purchasing my Allen Breathesmart air purifier, when I went to replace my first filter two weeks ago i was stunned not only how dirty the filter was but how heavy it was compared to the new filter!!!
Absolute proof that these are highly effective filters and air purifiers!!

About a month ago, I purchased the Alen BreatheSmart 75i. We really love the quietness of this machine and it really works filtering the air. Just to be on the safeside, I then ordered another filter for a standby for the unit. We are truly happy with the machine and the job the filter does!

About a month ago, I

I have two running 24/7 in my condo. The large one in my bedroom will not let me change settings. No matter what I do it never changes color or speed. It stays on low speed and no matter what I try to change it is stuck. The small one in my living room is fine. I see it changing according to activity.

Great until it wasn't.

Hard to tell if it is working as advertised or we have issues in our house it stays in the purple range

Unfortunately when we installed the new filter the switches on the top (on/off, red light showing need for new filter, etc. ) stoped working. The only way we can turn the filter off is to pull the plug. Any suggestions? Thanks you.

Filter not working

he filter is nothing like the picture. There are only a few tiny pieces of charcoal, nowhere near enough to make a difference or actually neutralize odors. You can literally see through the filter; it basically looks the same as the pure filter except for the miniscule amount of charcoal, and there aren't any pink particles like in the picture.
