This might be the heaviest chair I have ever used, but everything is customizable and it is quite comfortable. Assembly was relatively easy. I needed help at one or two points just because of the weight. Chair height, chair tilt, back hight, seat placement (forward or back) arm width and height are all changeable.

We ordered two of these chairs for our office. Everything about them fits our needs perfectly, but unfortunately, one of them had part of the base broken off. The chair still works and we didn't want the hastle of returning it, so we ended up paying full price for a damaged product. The negative side of online purchasing.

Very Comfortable Chair.  Fits me great.  Perfect for a lady.  Very lightweight and comes with many features found on only expensive chairs.  Have had only a week but do like it so far.

Comfortable Chair

I was happy with the quality and ergonomics of this chair and at this price.  The seat is firm but comfy and sits well, there are lots of adjustments to be made to make this a custom fit for you.  My only gripe is that the back could be higher to rest you head if you like to sit back and rest with your feet up. I put a pillow back there when I want to do that and it works alright.  But mostly I'm sitting at the computer and not leaning back and this chair is sturdy and comfortable for this purpose

well made and thought out chair

We recently purchased this chair so it is still fairly new to me.  The first thing I want to say is that it is very comfortable.  The only reason why I didn't rate it Excellent is because the seat part seems a little loose and I don't know if it is just my imagination or maybe it just needs to be adjusted/tighten.  Aside from that, I am really enjoying my new chair and would highly recommend it.

Close To Being Completely Satisfied

Was missing some assembly hardware, but contacted the vendor and they mailed out replacements very quickly.

Nice chair for the price.

Comfortable.  Fairly easy to put together.  Gives good lumbar support.  I wish the arm rests adjusted a little better.  It would be nice to have them slide forward and back as well as the height and width adjustment.

comfy office chair

The seat is comfortable, it is heavy, and the 25" width is great.  The back height is adjustable, lumbar support is good,    
The build quality is ok, with some metal noise at certain positions.  The armrest is very loose, cheap material. The back is a little loose too. 
The worst is packing, some parts are not in the plastic bags, with scratches on the armrest and the back.

Build quality is not great

It would be nice if the chair had a little bit more lower settings,
I am only 5'- 0" and my legs are in a little bind on the lowest settings.
I think it would be more comfortable if I could set a bit more closed to the floor.

Chair adjustments

I ordered this chair and was thrilled to have it delivered two days later but shocked the the box was damaged. The inside was a bit of a mess... the cardboard cushioning was so thin everything inside banged around. The bottom was cracked. I expect more for a $170 chair. Sams Club was amazing about shipping another one out. They had UPS pick up the old one the day after the new one was delivered. The second one arrived in worse shape than the first. I ended up going to the store and buying another chair for $98. It was packaged incredibly well. I can not recommend this product due to the poor packaging.
