Can be sufficient for some users, but proves too compact for others.

I cannot praise this pressure canner enough! I had never canned before (I'm 64 years old) but had always wanted to. This All American pressure canner is QUALITY. I might have gotten one size larger than the Model 915 had I known how much I would love canning, but my 915 is quite sufficient. Works perfectly and I have no worries while canning. Highly recommended for anyone who cans or wants to start canning.

Just received my pressure canner. It is extremely well made. It is heavy and solid not like other canners I've had. It was pricey, but worth it . Came well packed so in perfect condition. Can't wait to use it. Want to try my hand at canning meats and chicken, soups, etc. Tired of the tin taste of metal canned foods. It is metal to metal so won't have to worry about gaskets needing replacements.

Love this pressure cooker!!!

My Mom wanted a pressure cooker and had researched what she wanted. This was the best one in her price range. She is very impressed with the features and quality. I am glad I could order it for her and glad she is so pleased. She has canned some green beans and is now looking for more things she can cook and can.

Canning was a breeze! Easy to use, all jars turned out perfect!

excellent product

Product is well made and extremely sturdy.  It is heavy and if you have lifting concerns it may be a point of consideration for you. 

Safety features are excellent and manufacturer did an excellent job with sealing design. Product came well packaged and fast.   

The only down side I had was after only one use there was significant black oxidation on the inside that would not come off, even after using manufacturer's cleaning recommendations for this issue.   However, it did not hurt intended use of product.   

The price for this product is a bit high, but the safety features, product stability and sturdiness was worth the peace of mind.  If you are only going to get minimal use of it, it may be worthwhile to consider something less expensive. 

I would buy again if needed.

Sturdy, well made product.

This thing would be perfect except the lid doesn't fit correctly. You can tighten it down so there is no leaks but it wobbles around and doesn't sit snugly.
