I love this thing! I've done 5 canning operations so far and it works flawlessly. So far this thing is far larger than I need, but the day will come that I will need to process a full load of 20 wide mouth quarts. One thing I didn't realize up front is the need for a very large stock pot for the hot pack ingredients and also a way to keep that many jars hot at the same time.
