Build Quality

This is a high-quality canner. It has safety features like the 6 bolts and a pressure valve to prevent blowouts if the pressure gets too high. I have had excellent experiences with it. The material is very strong and heavy duty. I recommend this for anyone who is interested in preserving fresh food.

It was recommended to me when I started preserving food that I should get the top of line canner, and I am so glad I did. This is well built and will last for generations. It is a little heavy but that is because it is well designed and sturdy. I am so happy to have this, and received it within 2 days.

All American Pressure Cooker Canner

Excellent quality pressure canner. Thick and heavy Made in America and actually has a great manual with extensive direction - what a concept. There are two trays and the weighted gauge included.  I was new to pressure canning and have used it twice already and love that I have a dial and “jiggler” -added safety. There are plenty of videos online to guide and give recipes. Great product - no regrets

there isn't many parts to this machine which is great.  I thought I would safe some time but the canning time is longer than the bath kind.  The difference you can 2 rows of food for the jam and the pints.  Also I found when putting the quarts in my bath canning, they never seem to fit that nice but they do in this unit.  It is a bit finicky when you try to avoid all leak and making it even all around.  Once that's done the rest is elementary.  I still had some can that did not seal.

This canner/cooker is great - it is very durable. I like the no rubber seals to deal with during the process.

Best PC ever

We bought ours 36 years ago and it's still working great. We are getting a new one because we need a bigger canner. We would never buy or use any other type.

Would use no other canner.

Love this thing. No gaskets to worry about going bad. Large capacity. Kinda heavy but very durable. Made in USA. Can double stack pints and smaller plus comes with divider. If using a outdoor propane burner it might blacken the bottom of your canner or something is wrong with my burner. To remedy this I placed a metal plate on top of the burner to prevent this till my new propane cooker comes in. It's worth every penny.

I don't know how much I missed having one of these pressure canners until I bought it. It was delivered May 18, 2020. I've used it almost everyday to get things out of the freezer that could be canned, just in case of a power outage.\nI've canned pot roast, pork roast, boneless, skinless chicken thighs, black eyed peas, bone broth and plan to can a small turkey roast. Using the USDA guidelines has been an invaluable resource for instructions and tips on safely canning low acid foods.\nI will be using this canner for a long time.

I absolutely have no regrets buying this pressure
