Build Quality

This is a high-quality canner. It has safety features like the 6 bolts and a pressure valve to prevent blowouts if the pressure gets too high. I have had excellent experiences with it. The material is very strong and heavy duty. I recommend this for anyone who is interested in preserving fresh food.

It was recommended to me when I started preserving food that I should get the top of line canner, and I am so glad I did. This is well built and will last for generations. It is a little heavy but that is because it is well designed and sturdy. I am so happy to have this, and received it within 2 days.

All American Pressure Cooker Canner

Excellent quality pressure canner. Thick and heavy Made in America and actually has a great manual with extensive direction - what a concept. There are two trays and the weighted gauge included.  I was new to pressure canning and have used it twice already and love that I have a dial and “jiggler” -added safety. There are plenty of videos online to guide and give recipes. This pressure cooker holds 14 qt jars for canning which speeds up canning time to about 1/2 the Time of a 7 quarter cooker as it does not require much more heat than a 7 qrt cooker

This is our first year using this canner and it has already earned it's keep. Processing 14 quarts at a time is a real time saver. Very good quality and works flawlessly. We're actually considering buying a second one and retiring our older 7 quart canners. A must have if you grow a large garden or process a large amount of vegetables or fruit.

Great canner, but the over pressure plug was damaged. I had to rush order a new plug. Hopefully it gets here before the 50lbs of tomatoes I have go bad

Nice looking canner but the first thing I noticed when opening the box is that the lids handle was broken into several pieces and the surface finish inside the pot is so rough you can file down your nails on it.
