I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 1999, and started my collection of AllClad pans after using them there.   They are amazing and are over 20 years old and are still like new.  

When I married my husband I told him if he came home and the AllClad and my german knives are gone—I,m gone!!

Absolutely worth every penny.  I recently bought new non stick saute pans.

All-Clad Nonstick Skillet

People should learn to cook and use non-stick pans the right way. I'm sick of seeing reviews about the Teflon Peeling when we all know it's your own fault. Cooking too high etc. these pans are excellent!

Excellent

This is a great pan but wish the handle was wider and shaped better for holding. The pan is heavy and the handle is to narrow to pick up the pan and hold it and keep it from turning in your hand.

Great Pan

Great non-stick surface.   Cooking performance is wonderful with fast, even heating   No issues with cooking or cleaning.  Sides are a little high and cooking surface area slightly smaller than the pan it is replacing.  Much better performance, but wish the shape were slightly different. Overall, it is a great pan.

high quality pan - just what I expect from All-Clad.  The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the price.

Quality from All-Clad

I like this pan. I was disappointed on two counts. The center bugles such that oil moves to the outside edges right away rather than being evenly distributed. And the lip on the pan does not prevent liquids from running down the side when it's poured out.

A decent pan

I've bought several of these over the years.  Because I use Pam spray, which is not recommended and voids the warranty, I buy new ones every year.  This year I bought one in August and my egg omelette seemed to stick right away.  Usually I get a good 6 months of use before that starts happening.  I bought another one a month ago and right out of the box - USING ONLY OLIVE OIL (no Pam spray) - my omelette  stuck.  I know the way I make my omelette is tough on the pan.  First I sauté mushrooms and chopped onions on medium low heat, then I add over a cup of frozen chopped spinach and heat that through.  I think this step really messes with the ability of the pan to remain non-stick.  Then I add egg whites. Let it firm up and lift the sides to cook more of the runny eggs.  Then I attempt to flip.  When it sticks this can become a mess!

Omelette stuck to surface of on very first use.

I thought that I was purchasing a quality product.  The non-stick surface lost its properties in less than a year.  All-Clad will not stand behind their "lifetime" guarantee.  I sent them a photo of my pan.  They gave me several excuses as to why my pan sticks.  I will not purchase anything from them again.  They had the nerve to give me the "William Sonoma" excuse.  FYI:  They told me that one of my pans was an All-Clad made the pan, but it was brand under William Sonoma and they will not guarantee it because it was All-Clad/William Sonoma.  Another pan was not covered under "normal wear and tear"  according to All-Clad. Wow.  Are you serious?
