This conditioner is great on my hair. I use this once a week after normal Redken shampoo and conditioner then I apply this leave in for 5 minutes rinse and my hair is so soft. When my hair is dried my hair is so shiny and soft

Well packed. Fast and Well shipped. Good price. Not used yet so assume it's the real deal. Make my incredibly damaged color-treated hair silky soft.

I didnt like the plastic container the conditioner came in. It felt like some of the conditioner was missing.

Item did not arrive in the squeezable tube pictured. Instead, I got a container with a lid to dip fingers into. Very disappointing, as this takes away the ability to accurately gauge the amount of product being used each time. Going forward, I will stick to purchasing my Redken products in beauty supply stores to ensure that I receive exactly what I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i didn't read that it was only a 1 ounce bottle (my fault). 1 oz is a tiny travel size bottle. i thought it was like a typical 6 or 8 oz bottle. should have known $11 was too cheap for such a great product. If you don't mind the cost product is great, but i recommend buying the full size bottle. much more bang for your buck.
