This is a great bike rack! It was easy to install.  The lockable twist hitch tightener really keeps the rack from vibrating.  The straps also hold everything in place. We put it on the back of our RV. We bought the 4 bike holder just to have the extra room. We took it on a 200 mile  camping trip over not so great interstate and state highways. A pretty good test and it passed with flying colors. For the money, or twice the money, this is a Best Buy. It feels sturdy and well built.  Its easy to put together and easy to use. Its built better than my RV.  I highly recommend it!

Best of the Best Bike Racks

We were a little worried about the quality/strength of this bike rack considering the low price. We have been very pleasantly surprised by its sturdiness. Very easy to set up. We unloaded it with 2 adult and 1 kid bike. They strapped on easily. Added 3 bungee cords to hold them in place (back up). And then proceeded to drive 600miles - you don't even notice it's there! Tilts back to allow access to the trunk. 
Word of advice for the kid's bike: Allen makes an adapter bar for any bike that doesn't have a conventional cross bar - it's a must have!

Great rack, unbeatable price

Well made product.  I never carry 4 bikes so I "adjusted" mine to carry only 2 which significantly reduces it's reach beyond the back bumper.

Great easy to use Bike Rack.

This has worked great for our family of four. The locking mechanism is a great addition to!

Easy to install and use - great for small family!

I chose this over getting a used Yakima or Thule as it met several criteria.
1. could easily be added and removed as I would not be able to fit in the garage with hitch.
2. could hold 3 bikes
3. folded down when not in use and folds down to add access to the hatch on my CRV.
4. good reviews
5. Affordable price
I found this to be on a par with the much more expensive units, I was hoping to by the premier found the cost too prohibitive. This serves my needs very well.
I would add if you put 4 bikes on it they would have to be all road bikes and at that you would have to be creative on getting all on the rack.
Putting it together was easy, 

hoping to take on an long trip soon, 3 mountain bikes which is pretty much the max.
perhaps I do a follow up review after that.
Sorry, I very rarely give items 5 stars unless it totally exceed my expectations.

Works for me!

I recently purchased this to upgrade from a 2 bike rack I bought from Allen as well.  It is basically the same construction with the upgrade of having a lock.  I LOVE IT.  The only thing that made me not give it a full 5 star was the hitch mount.  Not a big deal. But it sticks out about 2-3 inches more than the other rack at the hitch.  Still for the price, I'm super satisfied with this purchase.

Great value

The bike rack works great, and was exactly what I ordered.  Unfortunately, although I selected "this is a gift" the item was not sent in a Walmart box, but came in its original packaging.  The surprise would have been ruined, but we were able to intercept the delivery person.   I would like to give zero stars for the accuracy of the gift option on this item.

Good bike rack, but not delivered as "gift"

1) Straps are hard to buckle (strap is flimsy). 
2) Woman's bikes with no crossbar don't fit properly on this rack without purchasing an adapter bar ($20). Even with the adapter I am finding it hard to buckle because of the placement of the bucking hitting right under the seat.  My other bike is a mongoose which has a thicker bar making it harder to buckle because it doesn't sit well in the buckle ducts. 
3) I had trouble removing the rack from my hitch even after I unlocked it, it got stuck a few times.  
4) Once the bikes are on you still need a bungee cord because they will swing while driving.  
5) I needed 2 wrenches to assemble (not too difficult) but enough to not want to put it back in the box and return it. For $215 this rack should be a little more adaptable to different types of bikes. After all that it does the job.

More cons then pros
