Awesome rack. Compared it with some of the other big brand bike racks and hands down this one is best. It is priced right and the others way over priced compared to this rack. So easy to put together and put on car and great lock. Overall highly recommend. Dont spend more than double for less quality.

Nice bike rack. It feels like it's going to hold up well. It is tight getting all the bikes on there fifth one is a bit of a squeeze. But for the money can't be beat.

This is nice and stable once you tighten it a little  The locking mechanism is good.  This really works well for my family of 5 to take our bikes across town to the parks and I would trust it on a trip.

While I was looking for a bike rack to hold 4 bikes, in reading the reviews for 4 bike racks many said that it was a very  tight fit for 4 bikes in many cases. So I decided to buy a 5 bike rack to be sure I would have plenty of space for 4 bikes and I am so glad I did. The first slot on this 5 bike rack does not have near enough room to fit any size bike on my Ford Edge SUV with the space being only 8" between the car and the rack.  Other than this problem I am very happy with the quality and ease of use for this rack.

Almost perfect!

Very easy to install the rack and to put it   In the Hitch.  Good quality material  and sturdy metal. The lock system is a real plus, worth the extra money. 
I had some doubts to install 5 bikes on it but it is not a problem. I haven't driven yet with the bikes behind, but it looks safe.  I will put some bungee cords anyway to tie them up.

Great product

This rack doesn't cost a bundle and does a nice job. Installation is easy. I put mine on in the parking lot. The hitchlock works well, but I wrap a cable around mine for extra security. There is a bit of play in the swing down arm. I added a very thin washer to remove it. That was my only complaint; you can hear that play while driving around. My previous racks all cost more money and this one works just as well. I drive quite fast, no problems. You must tighten the hitchlock every once in awhile. I put a coin between the rack and the bottom of the receiver to remove play there. Your receiver may be tighter.

Nice Rack,Nice Price

Easy to set up and steady once you tighten it down properly. Fits all 5 of my bikes. The pedal on the nearest bike can hit the back of the car if it's not secured.

5 bike hitch rack

It was extremely difficult to fit 5 bikes, it required a great deal of maneuvering.  It works much better for a max of 3 bikes at a time. We only used the product 3 times for 5 bikes. We have used it mostly for just 1-3 bikes.  One major con is that the paint gets rubbed off your bike where it sits in the bike rack.  I would not purchase the 5 bike rack again.
