My Allen Sports Deluxe 2 Bike Trunk Mount Rack Model 102DN R arrived as scheduled.  Assembly was not as straightforward as it could have been, because the cross bar - which was included in the assembly package to accommodate girls' bikes - was not identified in the assembly instructions, so it was unclear as to where it fit into the bike rack.  It turned out that diagrams of the cross bar were included on the box itself, but they appeared to be just part of a box design, so we did not pay attention to them, so this is one think that should be corrected, and accounts for the 4 rating, instead of a 5.  The Rack itself is compact, fits in the trunk of my CLK 350 sports model car with room for other stuff and is easy to install. Have only used it once, but it performed as expected.
