Sturdy quality that was used so far on one trip down the interstate and to a park.  Ease of access to rear when bikes are off.  As you'll see with several reviews this rack does take some Tetris skills to fit all your bikes and has an opportunity with low entry bikes (sometimes requiring an extra adapter bar to be purchased).  Used once and ultimately returned because of ease of use and lack of built in features to handle all bikes.

Instructions can be clearer but my 13,16 year old boys did most of it and I used the company's youtube to understand the rest.
looks sturdy, a little tough to put on some of the younger bikes but I don't know if other bike racks are any easier. good price for the product. I think it will do the job

This bike rack has a serious flaw and after our 2nd trip the locking mechanism somehow failed and the rack folded down, dragging 2 (out of 5 bikes) on the interstate.  I have no idea what caused the arm to fold down, but it did.  I got over to the shoulder, and just swung the rack back up.  It locked in place just fine, but this time I used a bungee cord to secure the locking pin down.  Was able to complete the rest of the trip (and back home just fine).
