I would rather have/enjoy the vanilla not the original. But I will use it and continue to mix the honey with it! Also instead of using the cinnamon powder, I initially use the sticks and felt that should have been clarified. Lastly the instructions do not specify the amount of Raw honey to use! Thanks!

I'm impressed that this really keeps you full. 
I used our Ninja blender and there was no gritty texture that some have experienced.
I'm not sure about the value part of it. I'm not looking to lose a lot of weight with this, more of a keeping and maintaining a healthy weight. But I'm willing to purchase to substitute a meal a day. I had been using another type of protein shake, but this has better ingredients and as  I stated really keeps you full.

Good product

I could not make it a smoothie because you need more liquid but, I made a tasty mocha drink; 1/2 cup cold coffee, 3/4 cup almond milk, 1 tsp cocoa and 1 tsp agave syrup and about 4 ice cubes to make 1  and a 1/2 cups and pour over s tall glass of ice. It doesn't make you feel very full. Digests very well, better than whey protein.

Tasty  mocha shake!

This product did help curb my appetite, I really didn't care for the texture and for me, it took some doctoring to make it palatable. I probably didn't try it long enough to get any weight loss results.  The shipping was quick.

I am diabetic and taking this for one meal a day has dropped my A1c  from 8.5 to 7 with in 1 1/2 months  plus loosing 2lbs.

No grittie  residue. Pleasant smooth taste.

I think this might work 🤔 if you can drink all of it. I had to half the recipe cause I couldn't get a full recipe down .  It made me really full, groggy and feeling bad for about an hour. Decided I would only drink it at night. Will see how this works.  bought it to detox my liver.

Didn't notice any difference. The taste was bad and I couldn't mix it with anything that made it good.

I did not like this product.  It's chalky and flavorless.  I had to add fruit, cocoa, cinnamon, powdered peanut butter anything to make it palatable.  I was hopeful. I followed the instructions on using it and I haven't seen any results.  This is for people without taste buds.

This tastes awful.
Tried chocolate to add more satisfying taste.
Can't tolerate it.
Glad it has worked for others!
