I would have to say the taste would be an acquired one but it does give options like adding frozen fruit or adding black coffee. personal preference for me is black coffee and I add some chia seeds and flax seeds as well with almond milk and mix it up in the blender. it helps to keep me full and is helping with my weight loss diabetes. I would recommend this product as a meal substitute or even as a liquid snack between meals.

Unlike slim fast, this actually works. I have shed 12lbs in 2 months, i feel great, i feel slim, im full of energy and my appetite is completely satisfied. 

My favorite is making the coffee or milkshake option on the can. Its fantastic

It Just Works

I have lost 70 lbs. using Almased food replacement. The taste is ok. I put a banana in my blender with milk and Almased. It taste great that way!!
I recommend it highly!

Great weight loss helper

Almased has been a Godsend.  It really works.  This helped me to quickly loose 10 pounds over the last month.  I usually mix COLD coffee, (hot coffee will kill the enzymes) with Vanilla soy milk, a dash of vanilla extract, monk fruit sweetener and viola!  I'm full for several hours.  I had added olive oil and seed as recommended by their website but when I took those out, I was able to break through a plateau.  I haven't been this weight in 2 years so I'm pretty happy.  My liver feels better too and I have more energy.  And as much as I like vanilla the Plain flavor taste best to me.

This stuff really works!

You can loose weight with this product.  Doesn't taste too bad if you ad Vanilla and Cinnamon.  I would also add 2 oz. of Chocolate milk for something different. This is good if you are not very active. ON a hot day and being outside working a lot, I did get dehydrated.  Just drink lots of fluid.

Good plan for an non-active person.

I had tried Almased a few years ago and didn't continue even though I lost a little weight.  This time I'm trying to stick with it.  Have lost according to my scale 8 pounds in a week and a half.  So far doctors have approved.  It's really high protein.  I have found Walmart to be the best buy with 2-pack.  Walgreen's is second.

Wanted to try this as a meal substitute. Taste isn't bad, not chalky, good with fresh strawberries or banana in the blender

I have only been using this for about three days now and I have been sick from using it. I have had the scoots almost every time I've used it and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.  I wish I could get my forty dollars back that paid for this product that I thought would help me out.

Not Like The Commercial Indicates!

this item didn't work at all... I  gained weight 😩.

Scam

It never worked as good as it was Claimed to work.   I ordered  2 containers for my best friend  on her birthday.   After following the recommended directions for detoxing and aftercare using almost 2 full containers she didn't notice any changes in her liver  health nor liver functions.
There are so many products are being advertised nowadays, my recommendation is not to believe anything you hear till you have Tried it yourself and Verified your own Conclusions.

Only  trust  on your own Conclusions.
