When ordering another CHI product, we received a small sample size of the CHI Aloe Vera Curl Enhancing Shampoo and Conditioner, and my boyfriend loved it. I purchased larger sizes for him and he said his hair is softer, and less tangly. It also smells great, so that's good for me too. The pumps in our shampoo and conditioner were defective, and I contacted CHI and they immediately shipped out two replacement pumps. Great product and great customer service!

So I started using this after a much needed trim. First of all, the smell is a "fresh and clean", but feminine scent imo. I love it. Next, this is a no foam shampoo, and it feels amazing when applying it- none of that drying out or waxy feeling. Last, for my fine/curly hair- this shampoo does a great job with removing product. I would absolutely recommend buying this.

I highly recommend this product.  I have very curly, coarse hair and the shampoo/conditioner are lightweight and smell amazing.  i am definitely a repeat customer!

Well, I'm  very disappointed! I could not make the pump work. I had to unscrew the the pump and pour it in my hand, I had a hard time with the pump of the leave in conditioner as well (cheap bottles I'm sure) I've been trying  to make the shampoo pump to work for the last 5 minutes... the heck with it!!!
