I liked that it came one day earlier. Package had a ding in the corner didn't break though or damage product. I didn't get to place outside yet for the area is still under 3' of snow. Thinking spring sure helps with looking at this water feature. I left it together and it's sitting next to the fireplace.
We are going to put water in and test soon. I do like the idea  both birds are able to have water out beak or allowing one.

One side works perfectly.  But the beak on the other side is made slightly different.  Most of the time it works well.  Other times you have to move the beak down so it starts working correctly again.  Not enough of a problem for me to send it back.  It is quite cute.

I love this fountain.  I get a lot of compliments. The kids love it too! However,  this came dented and had a leak on the side. I let it go and not return it. I fixed it with industrial glue and is fine. 2 weeks of using it, the pump broke. It completely died. I don't know anymore!!!

Love and Hate

While I like the fountain overall (especially its suggested rust proof tin construction) I have had problems with getting the crows to function properly. One of them has water running out its beak constantly and the other one unloads its water way too fast. I tried to maneuver the crows vertically in the vertical posts (which helped) but it looks like they have to be bent to be plumb. If they break guess what's being returned.

Imprecise Construction

Very attractive design and colors and concept BUT packaging is not sufficient to protect the product. Box had been obviously roughly handled and the pump outlet was snapped off on original order so I returned it. The replacement package was caved in on one end and the crow wings were bent and the basin deck they stand on bent in the middle. Beaks of crows were bent and mis-aligned so that I could only get one to work correctly. The instructions said that full left on the pump adjustment knob was "minimum flow" but it was actually just the opposite -- full right. I gave up getting help from the company "support" and now have a very cute but partly inoperative fountain.

Draw your own conclusion - Worth the effort?

This fountain is a pain to operate. You have to fiddle with it a least once a day. Have tried a bigger pump two pumps one on each burd. still does not work like it is suppose to.  I do not recommend buying this.

DONOT BUY

This worked for a little while, then not at all.
