Big sound -small box

I wanted a Bluetooth speaker to listen to satellite radio in the yard out back. It had to be relatively water resistant and have good battery life, solid undistorted sound, and long range.
This unit ticks all the boxes.
Be advised that it loses Bluetooth link every time it is turned off. It does attempt to re-link every time it is turned on.

Good sound, good range, long battery life

I work in a surgical area and our stereo system just died. Because of the area I needed something that was waterproof and started looking on Walmart. I found this speaker and the ratings were great so I thought I would give it a try. WOW everyone at work was impressed at the size and sound quality that came out of this little speaker. We keep it high on a shelf and it really fills the room with great quality music, even when the doctor's pick what we listen to. It was very easy to pair with my phone and a few other co-workers phones. We turned on the speaker and paired with my phone and with in 30 seconds we had music. The battery life was long enough to last through one of our long cases about 6 hours. We figure we will charge it over night and between cases that should get us through the work day. Very happy with your purchase and need to get a few others for different rooms and one for my house.

Great sound long lasting battery

We love this speaker!! Wasn't sure how the sound quality was going to be when we bought it, but we are very impressed with it. I will be buying another one.

Great buy for the money

I've only had the speaker for a few days, but it sounds great and it connect easily to my phone. I control the music from the device, so my phone can be charging in my room while I'm getting ready for work. Absolutely what I wanted.

Returning to this Walmart.  I bought this to play music from my computer in the house out to our pool, about 30 feet away.  Since the description said the wireless range was 33 feet it should have worked.  But the sound started breaking up at around 21 feet, and at 30 feet it was dead.  I also agree with other reviews that the power up and down loud voice is really annoying, although I would not return it for that alone.  If you have your source close and just need a speaker, it works pretty well.
