These pads have a slim design that fits comfortably.

Features absorbent core and leak guard for protection.

Can be effective for light issues, but may struggle with severe bladder control.

The long pads work best for me.
They bring forth many a dry morning,
The sticky bottoms work great. Apply a little pressure.
 Contribute to dry mornings.
 Hallelujah!

HALLELUIAH!!

I have never had a diaper actually absorb all my urine. I guess I pee too much! but this pad adds more absorption without too much bulk between my legs. just being honest. I use two of them overlapping in the bottom of the diaper and it helps. All I can tell you I must pee a lot...

Incontinence is not my friend!!! But Always Discreet does the job. They stay attached to my panty and hold a lot of

This product works!!!

I buy higher number for overnight and lower for daytime.
Holds in moisture best of any with new gel feature.

These fit well for nighttime comfort. Don't stick to cotton underpants tight so that is annoying. Good protection, a little bulky but offers protection from accidents.

Product keeps me feeling fresh. As you get older a sneeze, cough, laughter can cause leakage. I love the discreet for the thinness and ex long length.
No thick bulky pads for me. I don't buy any other brand.

As you get older

I love EVERYTHING about them because I've used other products of the same type %26 they by no means lived up to their advertisements. This one has exceeded what I expected but DEFINITELY ALWATS Discreet has done what it said it would. I'm so happy n feel EXTREMELY confident in this product.

Quality product with high absorption

Hello, I made a mistake and I would like the risks discreet %234 please. Please correct and send me %234 instead of %236

I have been buying the Always Discreet no. 6 for many years now. They are the ones that fit my body best.
In the past there were always two or 3 that leaked. The pack that I am using now has a lot of the pads leaking. Almost every one out of two.
I hope you will improve this product soon. It is very annoying to have to change your underwear after each bathroom break. Also very expensive to have to use so many pads.
