When I had my last baby this was the one I would use. Helped keep my bed clean from the postpartum bleeding. It didnt seem to slip off or outta place very often and soaked up quite a lot. Only issue is it stuck so well to undies ties that it tore sometimes when I tried to take them off. Just goes to show a good strong hold though so I still give a 5.

Definitely buy these for postpartum! They worked great for the first few weeks/month after delivery. I don't think they are necessary for a regular period flow though - they are huge and feel like you're wearing a diaper. You wouldn't be able to wear these under pants without them being really noticeable.

Postpartum must have!

I always have heavy periods. I have used these for over 15 years and so far they are the only ones I trust. I have used there size 6 before and honestly did not see a huge difference but price so I stick to these. I use these for the day and their Always Zzz underwears to sleep. These at night would sometimes move from the butt part so i dont trust their adhesive for nightly tossing and turning.

These are the extra heavy overnight pads. I love them because they don't leak when I lay on my back. And they don't give me a rash if I wear them too long.

The best brand for me

I love these maxies, If you have an abnormal or extra heavy flow then these are for you. It gives you the confidence to sleep well and not worry about messing up your sheats.

Always Maxi Overnight Extra Heavy Flow

I have been purchasing this product  for decades because I am a plus-size woman. Yet, I've noticed recently that they are nothing close to what they used to be with the quality at all. I always like these because of the length. However, now the material has changed drastically, and it crumbles up in the middle of the pad, which  leaves the most uncomfortable feeling to wear.  
I also kept thinking how Always really needs to work on developing another, newer pad that is a little thinker than the ultra thin and thinner than these for woman who are postmenopausal that still like to use something for protection just to feel a little me comfortable. Especially in the summertime when dealing with sweating, etc. But,  after trying to stick with these, I just couldn't take these anymore and switched to a product and brand that truly was everything I needed on the first try!! Always has to do better because these pads became so uncomfortable to the point where these nearly irritated me at times. They do not allow you to breathe at all (of you know what I mean). And, again, now this material just bulks up so unpleasantly. And, the wings barely  stay attached. *Do Not Buy*

Finally, Found Something Better!!

The sticky doesn't stick well. The length needs a second or longer set of wings. They aren't very absorbent. The blood sits on the pad and ends up leaking.

This reviews had nothing to do with always company but everything to do with what is pictured and what was received was totally different. The company recently revamped their pads and numbers so i was looking for the  size 5 that was sold prior to march if this year before the redesign. The seller advertised the wrong size 5 i decreed the newer design and packaging. I returned and it's harder to find it now. Anyone used to old version of 5 should purchase the new size 6
